The QC Coating, Painting, Preservation and Insulation Coordinator is responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating all quality inspection activities within their discipline. Acts as the primary technical point of contact for quality-related matters, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and customer requirements.

As a Quality Coordinator Coating and Preservation, you will:

  • Plan and manage the execution of quality inspections, coordinating inspector teams and ensuring adherence to Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).

  • Supervise customer audits and inspections (walkdowns) to guarantee full compliance with project quality requirements.

  • Act as the customer’s technical point of contact for quality-related issues, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.

  • Address and resolve quality-related matters, providing periodic updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with Construction and Engineering teams to ensure the Quality Control Plan is properly executed and customer requirements are met.

  • Adopt best-practice guidelines and promote continuous improvement in processes and systems.

Quality & Safety Responsibilities

  • Adhere to BH Quality standards and Quality Management System requirements.

  • Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols at all times.

  • Take reasonable care of personal safety and that of others in the workplace.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Hold a BSc or MSc in Engineering and 10+ years of experience or

  • in alternative other degree and 20+ years of experience in the role which includes extensive modules fabrication

  • AMPP/NACE Level 2 or FROSIO Level III certification. NACE Level 3 is a plus

  • Be able to interpret and implement technical drawings (P&ID, wiring diagrams, general arrangements).

  • Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Be self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and adopt a flexible approach without compromising quality.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

  • Be fluent in English and Italian.

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 45.087,00 To 83.000,00.
The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
