The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in flooring, maintenance, and/or other construction services. You excel at networking and prospecting, seamlessly converting leads into satisfied clients while proactively managing ongoing relationships. You possess strong communication and creative problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction, strengthen loyalty, and facilitate successful internal collaboration.
