We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and be part of a production team that keeps things moving and standards high-especially during our early morning shift.
Responsibilities
~1 min readThis role is at the heart of our production process. You'll be responsible for:
- →Filling, packing, and sealing products according to quality and production standards
- →Monitoring product specs (weight, size, appearance) and catching issues early
- →Communicating with leads or maintenance when something isn't right
- →Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas throughout your shift
- →Labeling, stacking, and preparing finished goods for shipment
- →Washing utensils and handling full sanitation of production areas
- →Assisting with line setup and breakdown between shifts
- →Completing required paperwork accurately and on time
- →Supporting overall food safety and sanitation standards
- →Other job duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail-you notice when something's off and act on it
- Ability to follow written instructions and processes step-by-step
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Solid communication skills and willingness to speak up when needed
- Able to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Requirements
~1 min read- High School Diploma or GED
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus
- Spanish & English speaking is a plus
- Understanding of weights and measurements
- Ability to safely use tools, knives, and production equipment
- Willingness to follow GMPs and PPE requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods (several hours at a time)
- Ability to lift 10-50 lbs
- Exposure to typical food manufacturing conditions (flour dust, temperature changes, moderate noise)
- Work around common food allergens (dairy, nuts, soy, etc.)
- Ability to climb stairs and handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Strong work ethic and reliability (especially with early start times)
- Initiative-you don't wait to be told when something needs attention
- Flexibility with scheduling and production demands
- Commitment to quality and doing things right the first time
