Beverage Server - Part Time

• →Report to work at the assigned time in uniform, with name tag, state badge and P.O.S Computer card.
• →Read Bulletin Board on Daily Basis in order to remain current on information regarding the day’s business.
• →Does a Daily Opening & Closing Requisition for ordering for beverage supplies.
• →Welcomes guest upon arrival in a polite and professional manner
• →Knows how to properly check Guest ID’s for serving of all alcoholic beverages.
• →Prepare non-alcoholic beverages and garnish each beverage according to standard recipe.
• →Provides fast (10 minute or less round time), friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and carries full trays on every round.
• →Takes drink orders, communicates with bartender, assists in the preparation of drinks and presents drinks to guests
• →Maintains clean and stocked workstation
• →Handles money according to proper cash handling policy
• →Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
• →Promotes all casino events, programs and amenities  
  Works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor
• →Provides personalized service and uses guest name
• →Resolves service problems according to guidelines
• →Should have knowledge of liquor law of state and company policies.
• →Any other duties assigned by your supervisor
• →Report to work at the assigned time, on uniform, with name tag, State Service License, and P.O.S. computer card as needed
• →Read Daily information in order to stay current and up to date regarding daily business 

May be exposed to noise, smoke, and odors. Working with others and independently.
