Chef - Wicked Good - Full Time

• →Schedule staff, both kitchen and dish room, create daily specials menu.
• →Calculation of inventory requirements.
• →Oversee cleanliness of kitchen, refrigeration, dish room and all other kitchen support areas.
• →Communication with front of house staff.
• →Ordering of all food and supplies needed, as well as costs.
• →Hiring, firing and supervision of necessary personnel.
• →Knowledge and compliance of all RI food codes and HACCP laws.
• →Ensure wait staff and kitchen staff fully understand all items for sale each day, while ensuring security of kitchen after hours.
• →Ensure all items leaving kitchen are charged for or brought to the Food Service General Kitchen Manager’s attention.
• →Responsible for kitchen and all support staff during all hours of operation.

• Kitchen area, and casino floor.
• Working in moderate to loud noise levels in kitchen areas, as well as moving through the casino floor.
• May be exposed to smoke, and odors.
• Environment may be hot, cold, wet, humid or loud for long periods of time.
• Working with others and independently.
