Responsibilities

- →Plan and coordinate external events to enhance the public's financial literacy, and track the effectiveness of related events.
- →Collaborate with the stakeholders within the Bank and assist in development of publicity materials.
Credit Risk Management
- →Identify and analyse potential credit risk matters arising from retail credit product / process and advise corresponding risk control measures as needed.
- →Keep abreast of the market development on underwriting criteria of retail credit products, prepare proposals to enhance competitiveness of retail credit products.
- →Formulate, review and comment on credit policy and procedures to drive alignment to external regulations, BOC group requirements, market environment, business strategy, etc.
- →To handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by direct supervisor as needed.
Requirements
~1 min read- University degree or above; candidates with experience in event coordination / credit risk management will be an advantage.
- 3 years of experience gained from banking / financial institution, with prior experience in event coordination in banking / financial institution is an advantage.
- Good understanding of retail credit products, regulatory and risk management standard in banking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, with ability to work independently.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Competent in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is preferred.
