  • Collect user requirements and market data for projects
  • Organize and coordinate phased project development activities
  • Conduct project acceptance, monitor progress and quality across project stages, and implement corrective measures when necessary
  • Support the Bank’s regional expansion by strengthening communication and business collaboration with Southeast Asian institutions based on line management responsibilities, and provide essential business assistance
  • Implement and support RPA (Robotic Process Automation) initiatives
  • Lead the planning and management of parameter-related processes, including parameter onboarding, analysis, configuration, updates, and release
  • Analyze and address requests from the Head Office, overseas branches, and business units, assessing their feasibility from system functionality, process controls, teller operations, and customer service perspectives
  • Manage parameters for core banking system upgrades and special projects, providing necessary parameter support during testing, rehearsal, and production rollout phases
  • Coordinate communication with relevant departments and facilitate knowledge transfer through parameter-related training sessions
  • Oversee parameter emergency management and conduct regular reviews and supervision of critical parameter control points
  • Undertake short-term business trips to deliver on-site guidance and conduct parameter training
  • Collaborate with other functional areas in implementing initiatives such as process quality management (e.g., ISO standards) and operational risk management (e.g., RACA, KRI)

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 3 years’ experience in banking operations is preferred
  • Knowledge of deposit and debit card products is an advantage
  • Sound business acumen with strong awareness of banking industry trends and emerging developments
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical decision-making, independent thinking, and organizational skills
  • High adaptability and learning agility, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and overcoming challenges
  • Capable of handling complex tasks and managing time effectively
  • Proficient in both written Chinese and English, with strong command of bilingual (Chinese and English) and trilingual (Cantonese, Mandarin, English) abilities
  • Skilled in standard office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; proficiency in Macro and VBA programming is an advantage
