Human Resources Manager (Business Partner)

• →Participate in manpower planning and formulating people development initiatives / strategies, reports, policies and proposals.
• →Act as a proactive business partner on various HR functions including but not limited to strategic workforce planning, budgeting, talent management, and other HR matters.
• →Identify development opportunities for internal staff to sustain the talent pipeline.
• →Participate in assigned HR projects

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines. 
• Qualifications on global mobility, talent management and / or psychometrics will be an advantage.
• 5-6 years’ experience in Human Resources. Solid HR Business Partner experience in banking industry is preferred.
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong, the Mainland China and Southeast Asia.
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus.
