Sales Support Manager, Private Banking

• Plan and drive the delivery of different projects to support the on-going sales business development and support front line staff;
• Support the implementation and execution of monitoring procedures, checklists and controls to maintain compliance with internal policies, trade rules and regulatory requirements;
• Collaborate with relationship managers, operations, compliance, risk, and technology teams to resolve day-to-day platform-related issues and support ad-hoc projects;
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and records for management review;
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements for operational efficiency and risk mitigation;
• Client onboarding & Maintenance: Assist to handle new account opening, gather client documentation, and execute periodic Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews. 
• Internal Coordination: Partner with product specialists, compliance, credit, and operations teams to resolve RMs' inquiries and ensure smooth workflow; 
• Risk & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all actions follow internal control frameworks and local regulatory requirements. 

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• 4 years' experience in banking operations, private banking, wealth management, or platform support roles is preferred;
• Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for supporting internal stakeholders;
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage maniple tasks;
• Proficient in English/ Chinese/ Putonghua;
• Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to create professional presentations.
