Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Formulate effective cross-border strategies and plans based on management’s direction
- →Perform project management from planning to executing different project plans, especially for projects in both China and overseas regions, and ensure that all projects are implemented on schedule with defined quality standards
- →Assist management to evaluate the results of different cross-border programs, prepare relevant reports and proposals with professional recommendations and workable solutions for management to improve the overall business performance, and to manage cross-border customer segment and drive marketing programs to build customer portfolio
- →Liaise with product managers to come up with suitable training materials and to make enhancement with feedback from sales team
- →Conduct regular review & analysis on sales performance in order to provide advice or suggestion for sales team to improve as well as to achieve the targets
- →Ensure all works are complied with internal and external policies and rules
- →Build the relationship of business linkage with Mother Bank, Act as a key coordinator for both external and internal business partners
Requirements
~1 min read- Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
- At least 3- 5 years working experience in segment management and business strategy management, including 2 years of which in managerial level and retail banking business
- Profound knowledge and experience in Business development / Marketing planning
- Knowledge in projects about China financial industry and experience in China project management
- With good people network in China and ability to communicate with Chinese financial entities independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with good command of English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin and Strong Chinese literacy is a must
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office ( Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
