~1 min read- →Warmly greet guests upon their arrival, offering a friendly smile and a personalized and memorable first impression.
- →Manage the seating and reservation system efficiently, ensuring accurate seating arrangements and timely table turnovers.
- →Effectively communicate with guests to understand their seating preferences, special requests, and any specific needs.
- →Provide accurate wait time estimates and maintain an organized list during peak hours.
- →Collaborated closely with the server team to coordinate seating and ensure a smooth flow of guests throughout the restaurant.
- →Maintain a clean and organized host area, including tidying up tables, managing coat check, and keeping the entrance welcoming and presentable.
- →Monitor the dining room are to ensure all guests are attended to promptly and any potential issues are addressed proactively.
- →Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- →Collaborate effectively with other hosts and team members to ensure seamless transitions between shifts and effective communication.
- →Willingness to come early to shift to attend all Pre-shifts.
Requirements
