Senior NetSuite Functional Analyst

As a Senior NetSuite Functional Analyst, you will lead the analysis, design, and optimization of NetSuite solutions across business functions. You will play a critical role in aligning system capabilities with strategic business objectives while remaining hands-on in configuration, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, support integrations, and mentor junior team members. This role offers exposure to complex ERP environments and cross-functional processes.

In addition, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting modern tools and approaches to enhance efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to identify functional needs.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including templates, module mappings, and detailed functional specifications.
• Develop system flow diagrams to clearly illustrate business processes and system interactions.

• Configure and customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards in alignment with business requirements.
• Manage user roles, security settings, and workflow rules to ensure appropriate access control and system functionality.

• Oversee mass data imports and exports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.
• Manage data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation processes.

• Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users to promote effective system usage.
• Provide ongoing functional support, promptly identifying and resolving user issues.

• Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate integration between NetSuite and external systems such as CRM platforms, e-commerce solutions, and third-party applications.
• Ensure seamless data flow and alignment of business processes across integrated systems.

• Design and implement system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within NetSuite processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4 – 7 years of relevant experience in NetSuite or ERP functional roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in NetSuite configuration and business processes.
• Extensive experience with reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Experience with integrations and cross-system workflows.
• NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or SuiteAnalytics are preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring junior team members.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
