Barbaricum is seeking a Logistics Specialist III to support Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) initiatives. This role will focus on logistics planning, supply chain operations, and lifecycle support to enable data-driven maintenance and operational readiness.

The selected candidate will work closely with program managers, engineers, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure effective logistics and sustainment operations across CBM+ systems.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics support activities for CBM+ programs.
• Manage inventory control, asset tracking, and material distribution processes.
• Analyze supply chain performance and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with DoD logistics policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support lifecycle logistics planning, including sustainment and maintenance strategies.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, data teams, and program stakeholders to support system integration.
• Identify and mitigate logistics risks impacting program execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
• Experience supporting DoD or federal logistics programs.
• Familiarity with logistics management systems and tools.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting CBM+ or predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience with DoD logistics systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, Navy ERP).
• Knowledge of lifecycle logistics and sustainment planning.
• Experience with warehouse management and transportation coordination.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), APICS/ASCM).
• Familiarity with government contracting and procurement processes.
