At Bardi, we’re growing fast and looking for an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians while helping drive strong performance in the field.

This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, knows how to develop others, and can balance leadership responsibilities with staying connected to the day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC technicians

  • Conduct ride-alongs to improve diagnostics, communication, and sales performance

  • Drive team KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, and callbacks

  • Support daily operations including dispatch coordination and job flow

  • Handle escalated customer situations and ensure strong resolution

  • Train and onboard new hires

  • Reinforce company processes, standards, and safety expectations

  • Stay connected to field operations by assisting on calls as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC experience

  • Prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  • Proven ability to coach and develop others

  • Sales-minded with a focus on customer experience

  • Organized, accountable, and process-driven

  • Comfortable using field service software (ServiceTitan is a plus)

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
