Dispatcher

• →Coordinate and dispatch operators, drivers, and rigging crews to job sites on a daily basis
• →Schedule crews and equipment using dispatch software to ensure efficient job execution
• →Secure routing plans and permits for oversized and overweight loads
• →Serve as a point of contact for customers - answer inbound calls, help size equipment needs, and assist with scheduling crane services
• →Collect and review employee timecards daily and submit weekly reports to the branch manager and payroll team
• →Support the office manager, sales team, and other staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
• →Participate in team meetings, including daily planning (whiteboard) sessions and occasional management discussions

• Comfort working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general data entry systems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both internal teams and external customers
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
