• →Collaboration across preconstruction and operations teams to develop and maintain project execution plans and schedules (one-Community)

• →Project RFP document review and subcontractor / supplier scope of work creation.
• →Design review & takeoffs (when necessary)
• →RFP & bid sheet development and communication to subcontractors & suppliers

• →Providing project cost estimate presentations to operations and senior management team (full-Commitment)

• →Compiling & evaluating proposals to develop execution plan
• →Meeting with top bidders and ensuring full scope of work coverage
• →Project estimate creation, ownership, and presentation

• →Support operations with budget development, subcontractor and supplier relationship management, and procurement of equipment and services for projects (high-Character)

• →Subcontractor & supplier relationship management
• →Providing continuity throughout procurement/contracting process for scope questions & exhibit development (true-Craftsmanship)

• →Analyze and develop historical and actual cost data, change order estimates, and process updates

• →Develop change order estimates in conjunction with Project / Field Engineer on site
• →Track, maintain, and apply historical estimate and project actual cost data

• Must be a comfortable managing external and internal relationships.
• Must be a problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Must be able to travel 25-40% of the time to support the team as needed.
