The Consultant will support Barrow Wise's Government project and perform the following duties:

• →Review the current strategic plan and progress on goals
• →Perform and assessment of the organization
• →Assist with the design, conduct, and interpret results from the environmental scan
• →Identify best practices to generate operational outcome-focused measures and metrics
• →Create high perfoming team framework
• →Identify priority objectives - define the aspirations for each Opportunity Area (5 C's)
• →Create supporting strategies - describe the means to achieving these objectives
• →Create metrics and describe the parameters used to evaluate and measure each objective
• →Provide recommendations to leadership, program leads, and divisions and offices
• →Perform interviews with senior leaders
• →Analyze historical documents and data to generate and recommend outcome-focused performance measures
• →Develop and present the final assessment report
• →Work remotely

An ideal candidate has the following:

• →U.S. Citizenship, must reside in Maryland, DC, or VA
• →Education: Bachelor's Degree
• →A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
