Furthermore, you possess:

An HBO (Higher Professional Education) or WO (University) degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field;
Ability to speak English and Dutch;
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial role;
Knowledge of financial administration, controlling, and relevant laws and regulations;
Experience with payroll coordination is preferred;
Experience with ERP systems, knowledge of ERP system Ridder iQ is a plus;
Leadership capabilities, or ambition to develop in this area.
