Construction Management Systems Analyst

You will join one of our offices across the U.S., be part of a committed team of professionals, and work alongside Operations, Project Management, Accounting, Field Leadership, and executive stakeholders to support and enhance the construction technology platforms that drive project execution. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource and subject matter expert for Procore and other construction management systems, helping project teams maximize efficiency, consistency, and adoption across the organization.

You'll work individually and in teams to support enterprise construction technology platforms, improve operational processes, and help project teams effectively leverage Procore and related systems. Together, you will help drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across construction operations.

• →Provide advanced user support for Procore and related construction management platforms, serving as a primary resource for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• →Manage project setup activities, user access requests, permissions administration, templates, and system configuration.
• →Support system maintenance efforts, operational audits, data consistency initiatives, and compliance with company standards.
• →Monitor project utilization, identify process gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend opportunities for system optimization.
• →Coordinate support requests and collaborate with vendors, administrators, and project teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• →Serve as a liaison between project teams and software providers regarding technical issues, platform enhancements, and best practices.
• →Develop and maintain documentation related to Procore workflows, configurations, standards, and operating procedures.
• →Deliver training programs for field and office personnel on Procore and associated construction technology platforms.
• →Create and maintain training materials, reference guides, process documentation, and user support resources.
• →Support onboarding and user adoption initiatives by providing mentorship, guidance, and ongoing system support.
• →Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures, workflows, and construction technology playbooks.
• →Analyze business processes and partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvement and technology enhancements.
• →Support project teams and accounting personnel with system-related financial workflows, reporting, budgeting, commitments, invoices, and forecasting processes.
• →Assist with KPI tracking, operational reporting, dashboard development, and executive reporting initiatives.
• →Coordinate communications, follow-up actions, and implementation activities associated with technology rollouts and process improvement initiatives.
• →Make an impact day-to-day through your expertise, helping project teams improve execution, user adoption, and operational efficiency across the organization.

• 3-7+ years of experience supporting construction technology platforms, construction administration, project controls, or operational systems, with significant Procore experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Procore administration, configuration, user management, permissions, and platform optimization.
• Experience within commercial construction, general contracting, construction management, or design-build environments.
• A strong understanding of construction project workflows, field operations, project management processes, and financial procedures.
• Experience supporting training programs, user adoption initiatives, and process documentation efforts.
• The ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate operational needs into effective system solutions.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across field and office teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, collaboration platforms, and construction technology systems.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and Procore-focused construction technology experience.
• Procore certification, ERP/accounting integration experience, or involvement with enterprise technology implementations is preferred.
