About the Role

As a Talent Parnt at Base, you’ll own hiring for the people who power our operations every day: electricians, warehouse associates, drivers, and field employees across our facilities. These hires are the backbone of Base, ensuring our technology and products are delivered, installed, and supported at the highest level. We’re not looking for recruiting experts – just motivated individuals with strong operational experience, attention to detail, and great communication skills.

This is an opportunity to help scale a mission-critical workforce from the ground up. This is an in-person role based in Austin, TX.

  • 3+ years of high-volume operations experience

  • Experience operating at an early-stage, high-growth company or in dynamic, operationally complex industries

  • Excellent communicator with a proven ability to build trust and relationships across stakeholders and community partners

  • Hands-on, resourceful, and process-oriented mindset; you thrive in environments where you’re building from scratch
