As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the store, inspiring and coaching your team, and making sure every guest leaves with an amazing JENKI experience.
What you’ll do:
● Lead by example, bringing positivity, energy, and warmth to every shift
● Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, from service flow to stock and reporting
● Coach, motivate, and develop your team to deliver their best work
● Be a people person who thrives on building strong connections with both team and guests
● Ensure drinks and service are consistently top quality, reflecting our high standards
● Take ownership of shift management — opening, closing, and keeping everything running smoothly
Who you are:
● A natural leader who loves working with people and bringing out the best in others
● Experienced in hospitality or retail, with strong operational know-how
● Friendly, proactive, and always ready to jump in and support the team
● Organised, reliable, and able to balance people leadership with operational detail
● Excited about being part of a fast-growing, innovative brand
