We're looking for a Manager of GTM Enablement to run the programs that make Basis sellers better every week. You'll own onboarding cohorts, the content library, certifications, and the live training cadence for AEs, BDRs, and partner-facing teams.

This is a builder's job. You'll write the playbooks, run the sessions, review real calls, and work directly with reps. You'll report to our Head of GTM AI Ops and partner with sales managers, marketing, product, and RevOps.
