Appointment Setter

Bath Planet of Arkansas is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our full-time Call Center Team!

• Make outbound calls to homeowners from company-provided leads
• Answer inbound calls and schedule free in-home design consultations
• Follow company scripts and professionally overcome objections
• Confirm upcoming appointments and maintain accurate customer records
• Work closely with our sales team to ensure appointments are qualified and ready

• Strong communication skills
• Dependable attendance and work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
• Basic computer skills
• Call center or sales experience is a plus, but not required
