BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN or PT/OT/SLP) to join our Harrisburg, PA home health visits office. This office provides high-quality home health services to senior clients throughout Harrisburg.

As a Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in supporting clinical excellence, mentoring field staff, and ensuring exceptional care delivery for our clients.

Responsibilities

→Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care
→Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Harrisburg and surrounding areas
→Develop individualized care plans and oversee implementation of services
→Supervise and support RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, and other field clinicians
→Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding
→Conduct competency evaluations for both new and tenured staff
→Review and monitor clinical documentation within Home Care Home Base
→Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) or PT/OT/SLP license required
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
Home Health experience required
Prior management experience required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
