LPN - Home Care

BAYADA is hiring compassionate LPNs to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes throughout Sussex County.

At BAYADA, you'll care for one client at a time, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and provide the kind of individualized care that's difficult to achieve in facility settings.

• $33–$35/hour
• Flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• Work with your availability and preferences
• Paid training and 24/7 clinical support
• $1,200 nurse referral bonus

We'll match you with clients based on your experience, comfort level, and availability, so you can feel confident in every assignment.

• Provide skilled nursing care in a client's home
• Follow physician orders and individualized care plans
• Monitor and assess your client's condition
• Document care electronically using Statewise

• Paid training starting day one

We support nurses caring for all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, with ongoing training to help you feel confident on every shift.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active New Jersey LPN license in good standing
