Nurse Manager, RN

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Allentown, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Nurse Manager.

• →Lead, inspire, and motivate nurses to provide exceptional pediatric care
• →Visit pediatric clients in Allentown and surrounding areas and conduct assessments
• →Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their execution
• →Supervise and support nursing staff in the field
• →Facilitate new-hire orientation for nurses
• →Provide ongoing training, education, and in-services for field staff
• →Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses as they develop their skills
• →Help promote quality care, strong client relationships, and employee engagement

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning
• Supervisory or leadership experience required
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• A growth mindset and desire to continue developing as a healthcare leader
