We are currently seeking passionate Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our team in Delaware.

As a home health care occupational therapist / OT, you will:

• →Partner with clients and families using a coaching-based interaction style
• →Empower caregivers with tools to support their loved one's development and/or rehabilitative care
• →Use electronic documentation for each visit
• →Complete weekly scheduled visits

• Active Delaware or multistate Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Passion for community-based care
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
