Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support one of its clients in meeting increased demand following the successful rollout of their Home First contract.

This is a high impact reablement role, focused on enabling individuals to maintain independence and reducing the need for long-term care support.

Responsibilities

→Excellent rate of £38 p/h
→Flexible hybrid working model
→Autonomy to manage your own diary
→Work within a forward-thinking Home First service
→Strong chance of extension

Qualifications & Experience:

→Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
→Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience
→Experience within:
- →Reablement / Community OT
- →Adults Social Care
→Full UK driving licence (essential)

Working Pattern:

→37 hours per week
→~50% of admin completed in the office (County Hall)
→Remaining time split between:
- →Home working
- →Community visits
→Example structure:
- →3 days visits
- →1 day office-based
- →1 day working from home

4-day working week considered (no less)
