Rehabilitation Manager, Home Health

• →Lead, mentor, and support a team of physical, occupational, and speech-language therapists
• →Provide clinical and operational oversight for home-based rehabilitation services throughout Ocean County
• →Support high-quality, coordinated therapy care from referral through discharge
• →Partner with therapists to promote individualized treatment planning and meaningful client outcomes
• →Support care coordination among therapists, nurses, physicians, clients, families, and other members of the care team
• →Review documentation, care plans, and service delivery for accuracy, timeliness, quality, and compliance
• →Monitor client progress, satisfaction, continuity of care, and therapy-related service needs
• →Facilitate orientation, onboarding, competency development, and ongoing education for rehabilitation staff
• →Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to therapists
• →Participate in hiring, interviewing, and workforce planning for rehabilitation positions
• →Partner with the Director and Clinical Manager on staffing, scheduling, referrals, service delivery, and office performance
• →Support quality assurance, performance improvement, and regulatory-readiness activities
• →Build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, facilities, referral sources, clients, families, and community partners
• →Represent BAYADA in the community and support growth through excellent service and reputation
• →Model The BAYADA Way and help build a positive, mission-driven, team-oriented culture

• Current professional license or credential in an applicable rehabilitation discipline, such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience providing rehabilitation services in home health, community-based care, or a related clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to support coordinated, outcomes-focused care across an interdisciplinary team
• Comfort using electronic documentation and communication systems
• Ability to travel throughout Ocean County and surrounding communities as needed
• Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care and professional excellence

• Prior rehabilitation leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience
• Home Health experience
• Experience leading or supporting PT, OT, and speech-language therapy teams
• Experience with care coordination, clinical documentation review, quality improvement, or regulatory compliance
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rehabilitation clinicians
• Strong relationships with local healthcare providers, facilities, and community referral partners
