Junior FP&A Analyst

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a Junior FP&A Analyst to join us in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts for operating companies, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Support group consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and reporting pack preparation.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles across assigned entities.
• Analyse actual vs. budget/forecast variances and provide clear commentary for management review.
• Maintain and update financial reporting templates and consolidation workbooks.
• Liaise with Directors of each business unit to resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistency of reported figures.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity.
• Assist in maintaining key financial controls and flagging exceptions for senior review.

Requirements for the position:

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar financial analyst role or audit experience with a Big Four Audit Firm.
• Industry experience as a Financial Analyst or within FP&A is advantageous.
• ACCA or ACA member.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting under Cypriot legislation.
• Advance Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Experience with accounting software; SAP Business One is preferable.
• Excellent command of Greek and English
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
