Position: Dairy Commodity Trader EU

Working hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Location: Dordrecht

You will manage existing and new trade and sales opportunities for multiple countries and provide the best possible services to your suppliers and customers. You will do this by actively building and leveraging your network. You will develop new relationships with customers (agents, importers, and end users) and suppliers (dairy producers and brokers). Furthermore:

• You will negotiate and conclude contracts. You will follow up on these contracts in close cooperation with your colleagues in the Logistics and Quality departments. You will also be responsible for minimizing risks;

• Together with the team, you will build and maintain a good information network and keep abreast of developments in the market. You will identify opportunities and respond to them accordingly.

• You will actively contribute to the commercial activities within the sales team through the intensive exchange of market intelligence and financial information.

• You will have the freedom to schedule your work based on where you see the most commercial opportunities.

You will be well guided, and learn all the ins and outs of international trade and logistics, but we also expect independence and initiative.
