Distribution Trainer

• →Perform on-the-job training for new and current associates.
• →Perform cross training for associates.
• →Proficient in multiple processes with the ability to train on the process.
• →Identify inability to learn tasks and present materials in multiple ways to help employees understand.
• →Assist in the management of the site's EHS Training Program.  Provide limited training on pre-established safety curriculum.  Maintain Health & Safety Training database. 
• →Ensures departmental procedures, SOPs and work instructions are updated and training provided to associates as required.
• →When not performing the duties of the trainer they are to be supporting the operation. 
• →Completes all assigned duties promptly in accordance with department standards and following department procedures.
• →Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other positions to assist in times of urgency, breaks, absences, or vacation.

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience, preferred.
• Experience with MHE, preferred.

• Knowledge of principles and methods for distribution of product.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to critically review, analyze, synthesize, compare, and interpret information and apply this when solving problems.
• Strong people leadership including developing, coaching, listening, collaborating, and delegating.
• Ability to supervise and train associates to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
• Knowledge of GMP/SOP/Work Instructions.
• Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in the use of a PC, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and process efficiency skills.
• Strong initiative and drive for results.
