Responsibilities

→Operate and monitor various packaging machinery and equipment, including but not limited to fillers, cappers, labelers, and cartoners.
→Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
→Conduct in-process quality checks, including visual inspections, label verification, and component counts, and record results accurately.
→Document all production activities, including batch records, logbooks, and equipment usage, in a clear and timely manner.
→Adhere strictly to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines, safety procedures, and company policies.
→Maintain a clean and organized work area, performing routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and the packaging suite.
→Identify and report any deviations, quality issues, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
→Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of packaging processes and equipment.
→Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading components and finished goods.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot packaging machinery.
Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality control principles.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English.
Basic mathematical skills for calculations and data recording.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications is a plus.
