Responsibilities

  • →Achieve and exceed sales quotas for Bard Peripheral Vascular products within the New Orleans territory.
  • →Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • →Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, cardiologists, cath lab staff, and other key healthcare professionals.
  • →Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training for customers on the proper use and benefits of Bard Peripheral Vascular devices.
  • →Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, ensuring optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • →Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively position Bard Peripheral Vascular solutions.
  • →Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, clinical, and customer service to leverage resources and address customer needs.
  • →Manage territory expenses and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • →Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM system.
  • →Participate in national and regional sales meetings, product launches, and professional conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a life science, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful medical device sales experience preferred, with a strong preference for vascular or interventional cardiology experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated clinical and technical skills for understanding complex medical devices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com).
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including some overnight travel.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Residency in or willingness to relocate to the New Orleans territory.
