We are seeking Accounting & Operations Consultants at the Staff through Manager level to support day-to-day accounting, finance, and operational activities onsite in Boca Raton, FL. Depending on experience level, consultants may provide hands-on accounting support or take ownership of key processes, deliverables, and team coordination. This is a 1099 contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

→Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations
→Prepare and review account reconciliations and supporting schedules
→Support month-end close activities and financial reporting
→Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
→Assist with operational accounting needs and resolve discrepancies
→Partner with accounting, finance, and operations stakeholders
→Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation
→At more senior levels, take ownership of deliverables and provide guidance to team members
