About the Role
~1 min read- Collaborate & Influence: Partner with engineering, product management, and commercial teams to define and execute a shared vision for our digital experience.
- Lead UX Strategy: Own your squad’s product design roadmap, shaping customer journey maps, user flows, and service blueprints to guide impactful solutions.
- Design & Deliver: Drive end-to-end design execution, from early discovery and prototyping to shipping products and iterating based on feedback.
- Facilitate & Align: Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and critiques to bring stakeholders into the design process, aligning on challenges and opportunities.
- Advocate for the User: Champion user needs throughout the product development lifecycle, balancing business goals with a great customer experience.
- Hands-on experience as a Product Designer delivering end-to-end digital products (web and/or mobile).
- Solid understanding of UX, UI, prototyping, and usability best practices.
- Proficiencywith Figma and familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Maze, or similar.
- Ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions using data, benchmarks, and empathyfor diverse audiences.
- Experience working in agile environments, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and other Designers.
- Intermediate or advanced English for documentation and occasional global collaboration.
- Experience in B2B, marketplace, e-commerce, or large-scale platforms.
- A curious mindset and investigative approach to deeply understand problems before solving them.
- Clear and effective communication across different formats and audiences.
- Proactive attitude to suggest improvements, test ideas, and learn from outcomes.
- Genuine collaboration with active listening and respect for diverse perspectives.
- Attention to visual consistency and detail, with ownership of the impact delivered.
- Interest in growing within a team that values excellence, autonomy, and continuous learning.
