Production Operator

Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year!

  Supporting production lines through rotating operational activities

• →

  Operating bottle fillers and associated upstream and downstream equipment

• →

  Completing and maintaining quality, testing, and production documentation

• →

  Proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth production flow

• →

  Working collaboratively within the team and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

• Experience in FMCG manufacturing and/or warehousing/logistics

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to assist in basic troubleshooting

• Confidence using technology for production, safety, quality, and reporting systems

• A strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality standards

• High attention to detail and a willingness to learn

• Forklift licence/experience (highly regarded but not essential)
