Purpose of Job

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery for our Mainsail™ commercial excellence platform. This individual will lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of client implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in dynamic delivery environments.

Own delivery lifecycle from requirement gathering through release across Mainsail modules (CRM, IC, forecasting, reporting, mobile, etc).

Act as primary liaison between clients, internal delivery and engineering teams.

Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across all active delivery projects.

Translate client business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment with Mainsail’s configurable architecture.

Drive adoption of tools and best practices for project tracking.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements typical in life sciences.

7+ years in technical delivery or software development, with at least 2–3 years as Delivery Manager or equivalent.

Strong background in Web Technologies (HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, and SQL Server.

Experience in SaaS product delivery, ideally inthe life sciences or healthcare domain.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
