Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism? At Behavior Treatment & Analysis, we’re seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our innovative team.

  • Impactful Work: Implement ABA programs that enhance clients’ communication, social, and self-help skills.
  • Professional Growth: Complete 40-hour new hire training and competency training supervised by experienced professionals.
  • Supportive Environment: Collaborate with a team that values mentorship, continuous learning, and professional development.
  • Clinical Excellence: Manage behaviors using individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and collect data to track progress.
  • Family Engagement: Work closely with families, providing daily feedback and coaching during sessions.
  • Community Integration: Deliver services in various community settings, fostering social interactions and independence.
  • Efficient Communication: Respond to emails and messages within 24 hours.
  • Detailed Documentation: Convert completed sessions daily, obtain parent signatures, and write thorough session notes.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend staff meetings and mandatory training sessions, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Experience: 1 year preferred but not required.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM and Saturdays are highly preferred.
  • Certifications: Driver’s License required; RBT certification preferred. Must have fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification & Immunization records:
    • Rubella (2-series child/1-series adult)
    • Rubeola (2-series child/1-series adult)
    • Mumps (2-series child/1-series adult)
    • Varicella (2-series)
    • Hepatitis B (3-series) (Declination acceptable)
    • Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable)
    • Absence of Tuberculosis (TB)
    • Negative TB test must be conducted within three months prior to start date with CCS clients, and TB test must be conducted if practitioner is exposed to TB, according to CDC guidance for Health Care Professionals
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and teamwork abilities.
