Responsibilities

→Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
→Monitor and follow up on collections to ensure timely payments.
→Enter, process, and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks.
→Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment inquiries.
→Assist with month-end close and prepare supporting documentation.
→Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed.
