KYC Business Process Developer - 6 to 9 Months Contract

We are seeking an experienced KYC professional to support a process implementation and adoption initiative within a large financial services environment.

The role will focus on supporting the enhancement and adoption of customer onboarding, KYC, and due diligence processes, while working collaboratively with business and operational stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical and organisational skills, practical KYC experience, and the ability to operate effectively within a complex and regulated environment.

• Support the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of KYC processes and procedures.
• Contribute to customer onboarding, ongoing due diligence, and related compliance activities.
• Work collaboratively with business and operational stakeholders to support adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.
• Review existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to process optimisation.
• Support change and transformation initiatives relating to KYC process implementation and operational effectiveness.
• Assist with operational activities where required to support the delivery of key transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain clear process documentation and supporting materials.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business, compliance, and operational functions.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong practical knowledge and experience of KYC and customer due diligence processes.
• Experience supporting process implementation, adoption, or change initiatives within a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across business and operational teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working within a large or complex financial services organisation is advantageous.
• Knowledge or experience of pension products is desirable but not essential.
