Responsibilities

→Source and attract qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases
→Review applications and screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit for open positions
→Conduct virtual/video interviews
→Process candidate offers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
→Oversee all aspects of the pre-employment process, including background checks and onboarding coordination
→Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in Workday and other systems
→Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
→Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of hiring steps
→Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable employment laws
→Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Self-motivated and results-driven
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
