Revenue Billing Intern (Spring 2027)

Location: Pittston, PA

1930 Ventures is searching for a Revenue Billing Intern, in our Shared Service division, for the Spring 2027 semester.

The Revenue Billing Intern will support the Revenue team with key billing, accounting, and month-end close activities while gaining hands-on experience in a corporate finance environment. This position will assist with processing monthly billing files, preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and supporting other month-end close responsibilities.

The intern will work closely with members of the Revenue team to ensure billing transactions are processed accurately, and timely, financial activity is properly recorded, and account balances are supported and reconciled. This role will also provide exposure to financial reporting, data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

• →Prepare Journal Entries and assist in month end close process, including account reconciliations
• →Complete research projects & data analysis
• →Processing Monthly billing files
• →Ad hoc requests and research as needed
• →Administrative support: Scanning, filing, and distributing mail
• →Performs other duties as assigned
• →Complies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company
• →Effectively communicates (reads, writes, and speaks) English

• Must be currently enrolled at time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate program (Accounting/Finance Degree)
• Ability to work 15 hours per week
• A preferred minimum GPA of 3.2
