As a Product and Tech Flow manager, you will join the Transformation and Project team, made up of 8 people, whose role is to is to create an optimal working environment for product and tech teams by putting in place all the means necessary to facilitate strategic decision-making. It aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and adaptability within product, engineering and cross-functional teams.
In this role, your main missions will be:
Design and implement standardized frameworks for the entire product lifecycle
Develop structured processes to accelerate the transition from ideation to market launch
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the product development process
Contribute to the implementation of the performance framework through the definition of appropriate metrics
Optimize work processes to improve operational efficiency
Establish rituals to foster smooth collaboration
Contribute to the definition of roles and responsibilities within product/engineering teams to ensure clear and rapid decision-making.
Implement a system of relevant metrics to assess product flow performance
Integrate analysis tools into the decision-making process
Develop a culture where data drives product evolution and improvement
Build bridges between product, engineering and other departments
Facilitate the sharing of information and expertise across the organization
Facilitate cross-domain work sessions to solve complex problems
Select and deploy tools to facilitate product flow management
Optimize the use of tools to maximize team productivity
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!
This job is for you if:
- You have experience managing product flow at scale and understand Agile/Lean methodologies
- You can design complex processes and analyze flow metrics (lead time, WIP, time to market)
- You combine strategic vision with pragmatism and can simplify complexity
- You lead through influence, communicate excellently, and motivate cross-functional teams
- You're passionate about product and engineering excellence with a constant desire to improve
- And finally, you speak English fluently
If your application is shortlisted, Marine will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
Next, you will meet Virginie Cador, Head of transformation and project, your future manager, followed by Lionel Klein, VP engineering.
Finally, Marine will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
