As an Advanced Product Owner – Identity, you will join the Identity Product team and play a key role in shaping how millions of players securely access Betclic services across France and international markets.

At the heart of your scope lies Identity Verification: every day, players submit documents (ID, passport, proof of address, IBAN…) throughout their lifecycle. Your mission is to turn this complex journey into a seamless, near real-time experience. From document capture to automated processing (OCR, external and in-house solutions), and when needed, efficient manual reviews, you will optimize the balance between automation, accuracy, and compliance. With a strong data-driven approach, you will continuously improve performance to reduce processing times and deliver a best-in-class user experience.

This job is for you if:

• You have a Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in engineering, finance or data.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a background in identity or working on regulated products, in a B2C company.
• You are highly proficient in agile methodologies, regularly train yourself, and know how to apply what you learn to your team's context.
• You are known for your initiative and collaborative mindset, with a strong data-driven approach.
• You are perfectly comfortable with both front-end and back-end topics and are a driving force on cross-functional 'tech' topics, which also create value for the end customer.
• You have a strong data mindset and are proficient in SQL.
• And finally, you speak English and French fluently.

• If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
• You will meet David - Head of Product (your future manager), followed by Paul - Senior Identity Product Owner, Olivier - Lead Product Manager and Catherine - Director of Payment & Account Management.
• Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes around 4 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
