  Assessing compliance of employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, against the Company’s Policies, Procedures and External regulatory requirements.

• →

  Support Administrator for the expense management application.

• →

  Support Card Administrator for the corporate credit card program.

• →

  Identify, capture, and communicate exceptions to Policy to management.

• →

  Respond to inquiries about the expense reporting application, provide support and engage in solutions to user problems to ensure user satisfaction.

• →

  Ensure system audit rules, reminders, and system settings are operating correctly, and employee data is updated accurately and activated.

• →

  Work with the General Accounting team on process improvement and efficiencies where appropriate

• →

  Prepare monthly reconciliations of corporate card statements and employee reimbursements in NetSuite.

• →

  Handle integration between Expense Management Platform (Ramp) and NetSuite

• →

  Support the preparation of reports and user/ admin training material where required on a periodic basis to address updates to the compliance monitoring process

• Have excellent oral and written communication skills & effective listening skills.

• Should be flexible to business needs and uses sound judgment and tact in dealing with workflow and uncertain situations.

• Exposure to ERP systems and T&E Workflow solutions like Ramp, Navan, Brex, SAP Concur, ChromeRiver, NetSuite is preferred.
