Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in executive sales roles.

  • Proven track record of success in executive-level selling and leading high-performing sales teams.

  • Demonstrated experience in driving new sales, account management, and customer success within a complex, B2B environment.

  • Has led or participated in defining an innovative GTM motion (not just operating an established one)

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven success in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth.

  • Removes institutional barriers to AI adoption and drives cultural change that embraces continuous reinvention

  • Exercises exceptional judgment in when to simplify and when to stretch, embodying "Do Less, Deliver More"
