Responsibilities

→Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner
→Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts (3-way matching)
→Ensure proper coding of expenses and compliance with company policies
→Prepare and execute payment runs (bank transfers, checks, etc.)
→Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
→Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records
→Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships
→Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals
→Support audits by providing required documentation
→Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
