Responsibilities

→Lead cross-functional engineering team
→Provide guidance on software design and architecture to ensure scalability and optimal performance
→Design and develop robust, distributed backend systems using C# and .NET (WebAPI)
→Drive CI/CD automation and ensure smooth deployment processes
→Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance
→Lead efforts in performance optimization, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support
→Maintain high code quality through unit, integration, and performance testing
→Foster an environment of continuous learning by conducting regular knowledge-sharing sessions and code reviews
→Collaborate with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment
