• Chat with customers via phone, email, or chat about their plumbing issues, service requests, and appointments – and make their day!

• Team up with our technical crew to relay specific customer needs or concerns.

• Keep our records sparkling clean with accurate details of service calls, customer interactions, and scheduled appointments.

• Quickly loop in management about any service hiccups or customer concerns.

• Stay in the know about our services and policies to provide top-notch info to our customers.

• Dispatch technicians to jobs in an efficient manner.

• Smoothly handle and resolve customer complaints like a pro.

• Embrace and promote our company’s vision, mission, core values, and brand with genuine enthusiasm.

• Have a blast working with our vibrant, talented team!

• Preferred availability 7:30am to 4:30pm. This position is based in Taylor, Texas and requires you to commute to Taylor daily.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in customer service.

• Proficient in using computer systems and software, especially Microsoft Office Suite. ServiceTitan knowledge is a bonus.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle stressful situations and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
